Make Training Fun
This is a simple and quick blog post. If you don't like training then you will skip it or you will make a reason to push it back and then skip it.
The way you need to approach training is if you train for example 5 days a week 1 hour a day. Do 3 days of the fun stuff for me its spinning kicks, bag punching etc so I will train that will full intensity. That's the fun but I also want to advance in my arts.
So I have 2 days of the not so fun stuff, the drilling my roundhouses for technique and height, Stances, and Line work so I have more fun in my plan. It is all about the plan and having fun while I train.
